8 Sets of 8 Fat Burning Workouts

I am about to enter my first fat burning stage of my fat burning phase. In 12 weeks I do 3 different workout routines lasting 4 weeks each.

My first stage is the 8 Sets of 8 workout program. It's an incredible program that is extremely effective for both MEN and WOMEN.

I find this is one of the programs that is effective at burning fat and building some muscle .
