I have a very important question to ask you if I
may?
But first I want you to think of a puzzle. Not
just any ordinary puzzle. This puzzle is a
beautiful work of art which consists of thousands
of tiny pieces.
Bare with me for a moment. This will have a
tremendous impact on how you view the entire fat
loss process.
Now I would like you to think of the process of
putting that puzzle together. The concept is
really very simple. You have been handed all
pieces that you need to create this amazing
work of art. They are all laying right there in
front of you.
All YOU have to do is put these tiny pieces
together. Simple isn't it? But just because it's
simple doesn't mean that it's easy.
You've got to look for the colors and images that
belong to certain areas of the puzzle, then you
have to find the ones that actually fit together.
It could take several hours... even days, trying
to match the tiny pieces, fitting them together,
and building your masterpiece.
Now imagine if you put in all this time and effort
only to realize that there is one piece missing?
Even worse, it's the most important piece of the
puzzle. Without it, all you see is an incomplete
grouping of images.
Frustrating isn't it?
Does this remind you of your journey towards
your dream body?
Think about it. You've been handed all the pieces
you need to put together the work of art which is
the incredible image of the tight, lean, and sexy
body that you deserve to have.
You have read and studied many books on nutrition
weight training and cardio programs. You know what
healthy foods you should eat and you understand the
workouts that have the greatest impact on burning
fat off your body.
You have even studied and applied some incredible
motivating and powerful mindset techniques.
Yet you still are not seeing the results that
you so desperately desire.
You frantically search for answers as to why you

I have just returned from an amazing conference in Los Angelas called The Wonder Women Of The Web Event
I met some incredible people that have truly impacted my life on a deep level. Everyone there was so giving...of their time...full attention...information...and so much more.

Am I Too Old To Begin Working Out?
It is a great honor for me to introduce you to a truly amazing man and long term personal training client of mine, Mr. William Willson.
Bill is 86 years young and never participated in an exercise program until he was 80 years old when he began training with me.
It is incredibly inspirational to watch the exercises that Bill is able to perform and to see the quality of life that is possible even well into your 80's.

Bill is a great role model for anyone that thinks they have to limit themselves to 'easy' exercises as they age. Bill continues to push himself harder on a regular basis and makes improvements in all areas very frequently.
Observing Bill's continued improvement and seeing him in better shape now at 86 years young then when he was at 80, I can't wait to see what shape he is in at 90 years young and the challenging exercises that he will perform then.
If the hype of the SuperBowl can get millions of people that don't even watch football to tune into the game...
...then I believe we can generate enough hype with this video to get people who have been limiting themselves because of their age to get up and tap into the true potential they are capable of.
At the very least Bill deserves some serious recognition for his accomplishments and for persevering at a time when others would have been more than happy to just coast through their remaining years on this planet.
If Bill listened to the advice of people that said, "Take it easy, you might hurt yourself," then he wouldn't be climbing up pyramids, traveling the world, volunteering in the community and really making a difference in the world.
