Introduction

Hello,

My name is Scott Tousignant. I am happy to be at your service. I have many years of experience and education in the health, fitness, and nutrition field. I am a personal fitness trainer and the author of 4 books including The Fit Bastard and The Fit Chic.

The 2 books focus completely on the mental approach to developing your dream body. The other 2 books are a years worth of workouts, nutrition, and exercises with descriptions and pictures.

From time to time I will also let you know what I think about some other fitness books on the market by posting reviews here at my blog.

Before I end my introduction, I would like to leave you with one piece of advice for you and that is to invest in a 2 subject notebook. Use one section to record your workouts and the other to record what you eat. Not only will this keep you honest about how much you are actually exercising, but also how well you are eating.

Do not underestimate the power of this tool. If you are continually running into roadblocks and setbacks, if you have a record of what you've been doing you may notice patterns. You will now be able to predict when you typically run into a slump and you can measures to counter act the setbacks.

I will talk more about this in future posts and you can find more information on this by subscribing to my free ezine.

Have a wonderful day and I hope to see you back here soon.

To your fitness success,

Scott Tousignant
