The Body of Your Dreams Mp3 audio program (Review)

Today I want to talk to you about an amazing program by Tom Venuto. Tom is my role model and mentor. His book Burn the Fat Feed The Muscle helped me reach some fantastic fitness success.

But today I want to tell you about his amazing audio program. I personally participated in the live teleseminar and was blown away with everything that I learned. Actually if you check out the link and scroll down, you will notice that he uses my personal testimonial.

This is a 4 part teleseminar series and it is filled with motivational material to help you break barriers, nutritional fundamentals, fat loss secrets, and muscle gaining secrets. He litterally covers it all in this audio.

I listen to it all the time.

Tom's honest no BS approach makes you realize that he really means business when he says that he wants to help you and believes in you.

Like me, Tom knows that if you want to lose fat and keep it off, or gain muscle mass, it all starts in your head and with proper goal setting. Tom spends an hour telling you how you can once and for all put an end to self sabatage and get the body of your dreams.

The great thing is that he gives you very easy to follow steps. Basically the entire time that you are listening you may find yourself thinking "why have I been making things so complicated before?"

Actually many tips that you hear from Tom in the first audio can help you create success in all areas of your life. It sure has for me!

You have probably spent most of your time reading or listening to advice from people that don't practice what they preach. They just give you what you want to hear and they know that they will keep you coming back because you started having a little success with their progam, but failed to maintain it because their programs are not for the long term.

Tom's approach is a lifestyle change. It is not easy, but it is simple and it does work.

If you want to lose fat Tom lets you know what foods are your best choices and when you should eat them. There are many secrets revealed in this call. Using these tips I lost 8 pounds of bodyfat in 3 weeks. I can't explain how happy I was.

If you want to gain muscle Tom gives a fantastic outline to how you should exercise, what you should eat and how you should eat to gain the muscle. His tips have been very effective at helping me put on some serious muscle.

Honestly, I don't know a better program currently out there.

Introduction

Hello,

My name is Scott Tousignant. I am happy to be at your service. I have many years of experience and education in the health, fitness, and nutrition field. I am a personal fitness trainer and the author of 4 books including The Fit Bastard and The Fit Chic.

The 2 books focus completely on the mental approach to developing your dream body. The other 2 books are a years worth of workouts, nutrition, and exercises with descriptions and pictures.

Before I end my introduction, I would like to leave you with one piece of advice for you and that is to invest in a 2 subject notebook. Use one section to record your workouts and the other to record what you eat. Not only will this keep you honest about how much you are actually exercising, but also how well you are eating.

Do not underestimate the power of this tool. If you are continually running into roadblocks and setbacks, if you have a record of what you've been doing you may notice patterns. You will now be able to predict when you typically run into a slump and you can measures to counter act the setbacks.
